01. The Introduction & Challenge

A A professional resume writing services for Pakistan launched in 2017 with aim to provide job winning resume to fresh graduates. Their services also included; free job alerts, LinkedIn profile revamp, CV transformation, portfolio development, interview tips and personal branding. The partnership began in 2017 when Smart Advertisement designed the new website. The website was a pivotal first step to increasing CV Wala Dost’s online visibility, traffic and sales. Ultimately the website was designed to increase website traffic and conversion rates, with bold contact details located at the top right-hand corner and strong calls to action throughout. This new user-friendly website helped customers to find what they needed and provided ease with which to contact the CV WALA DOST team to place an order for CV or professional portfolio.

02. Working Process

Before working with SMART Advertisement, CV Wala Dost had not run any Digital Ads services before and needed help coming up with a strategy to bring more relevant traffic to their website and boost their sales. SMART Advertisement built them a highly targeted Facebook campaign and targeted range of Resume and jobs specific keywords, as well as a brand campaign to capture those already searching for them online. SMART Advertisement kept a close observation on the Facebook campaign making changes to the account structure and keywords towards those with the most conversions. Within two months of working together SMART Advertisement had already increased CV Wala Dost’s conversion volume by 60%, whilst lowering their cost per conversion by almost 30%.

03. Perfect Result

Fast forward one year and SMART Advertisement have lowered CV Wala Dost’s cost per conversion a further 70% and increased their conversion volume by another 80%. This was made possible through careful Facebook Ads Management. By tweaking keywords, we were able to target those most likely to result in a conversion, at a reasonable CPA (cost per conversion). SMART Advertisement have managed the CV Wala Dost Facebook campaign since 2017 and through continual optimization have been able to continue to decrease their cost per conversion while increasing their monthly conversion volume. This ensures CV Wala Dost are getting more leads within their agreed monthly budget. Till this day SMART Advertisement continue to make improvements throughout the campaign to ensure it continues to bring in highly qualified leads.
