5. Intellectual Property

- The client retains ownership of original content and materials they provide.

- Final deliverables, once fully paid, become the property of the client.

7. Results Disclaimer
While Smart Advertisement uses data-driven strategies and proven methods, we do not guarantee specific outcomes such as rankings, traffic numbers, leads, or revenue, due to variables beyond our control (e.g., algorithm changes, market behavior).
8. Third-Party Services
Smart Advertisement may use third-party tools and platforms (such as Google Ads, Meta, WordPress, etc.) to execute marketing campaigns. We are not responsible for the terms, policies, or interruptions of service from these third parties.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Smart Advertisement shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use of our services or website.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, any outstanding fees must be paid, and Smart Advertisement will deliver any completed work up to the termination date.
